Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of VPNSix and related services provided by Intensive Apps ("Intensive Apps", "we", "us" or "our"). By using VPNSix, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The VPNSix Service

VPNSix provides VPN connectivity and related network and privacy features. Available locations, protocols, features and performance may vary by platform, region, network conditions and service availability.

2. Free, Advertising-Supported Access

VPNSix may provide a free experience supported by advertising. Free access may include advertisements and may have feature or availability differences compared with Premium access. We may change or adjust free features as the service evolves.

3. Premium Subscriptions

VPNSix may offer optional Premium subscriptions that provide additional features or benefits described in the app before purchase.

For the current iOS version, subscriptions are purchased through Apple's App Store and Apple's in-app purchase system. Apple controls payment processing and the applicable purchase interface.

4. Pricing, Renewal and Cancellation

The price, billing period, renewal terms and included benefits are shown before you confirm a purchase. Auto-renewable subscriptions continue for the next billing period unless cancelled according to Apple's subscription-management process.

You can manage or cancel an Apple subscription through your Apple Account / App Store subscription settings. Deleting VPNSix does not necessarily cancel an active subscription.

5. Refunds

Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled according to Apple's applicable policies and procedures.

6. Acceptable Use

You must use VPNSix lawfully and responsibly. You must not use the service to violate applicable laws, gain unauthorized access to systems, distribute malware, commit fraud, interfere with networks or services, infringe intellectual property rights, or otherwise abuse the service.

You must not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload or circumvent technical protections of the service, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

7. VPN Limitations

A VPN can provide an additional layer of privacy and security, but no VPN can guarantee complete anonymity, uninterrupted access, a particular IP address, a particular server location, a specific speed, or protection from every online threat.

Network conditions, censorship, blocking, device settings, server load, maintenance and third-party networks may affect availability and performance.

8. Privacy and No-Logging Approach

VPNSix is designed not to retain a history of your VPN browsing activity. We do not intentionally maintain VPN browsing history, VPN usage history, DNS query history or VPN connection logs for user tracking. Our data practices are described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Third-Party Services

VPNSix may rely on third-party services for advertising, analytics, crash reporting, infrastructure and app-store transactions. Your use of those services may also be subject to the provider's terms and policies.

10. Intellectual Property

VPNSix, its branding, software, design, text and original content are owned by or licensed to Intensive Apps. Except where permitted by law, you may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer or commercially exploit the service or its content.

11. Changes to the Service

We may update, improve, modify, suspend or discontinue features when reasonably necessary to operate, secure or improve VPNSix, subject to applicable law.

12. Suspension or Termination

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, infrastructure, the service or our legal interests, including material misuse or violations of these Terms. Ending access to VPNSix does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription.

13. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VPNSix is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure against every threat, or available in every location.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights, warranties or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

14. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or limit mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under the laws of your place of residence.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Intensive Apps, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection laws and rights that apply to you. Where local law gives you mandatory rights that differ from these Terms, those rights remain unaffected.
