This Privacy Policy explains how Intensive Apps ("Intensive Apps", "VPNSix", "we", "us" or "our") handles information when you use the VPNSix application and related website. We aim to keep the VPN service simple and transparent.

1. What VPNSix Does Not Collect From VPN Activity

VPNSix does not intentionally collect or retain your VPN browsing history, VPN usage history, the websites you visit, the content of your VPN traffic, DNS queries, or a history of the destinations you access through the VPN.

We do not maintain VPN connection logs for the purpose of tracking individual users' VPN activity. We also do not sell, rent, or use VPN traffic, browsing history, DNS queries, or other VPN content to create advertising profiles.

Technical information may necessarily pass through infrastructure while a VPN connection is operating so that the connection can function. This does not mean that VPNSix stores a history of that activity.

2. Information We May Process

We may process limited information needed to operate, maintain, secure, measure and improve the app. Depending on the features and SDK configuration used in the version of VPNSix you install, this may include:

3. Advertising, Analytics and Diagnostics

VPNSix may use third-party services for advertising, analytics and app stability. These services may process limited technical, usage, advertising or diagnostic information as necessary to provide their respective features.

VPNSix uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) for advertising and may use Firebase services, including Analytics and Crashlytics, for product analytics and diagnostics. The exact information processed by these providers can vary by platform, SDK version, configuration, consent settings and the features enabled in the app. We therefore describe these services at a general level rather than making claims about a particular data point that may change with the SDK or configuration.

These third-party services operate under their own privacy policies and may process information such as device, network, advertising, usage or diagnostic information. VPNSix does not intentionally provide these services with your VPN browsing history, the content of your VPN traffic, DNS query history, or a VPNSix-maintained history of your VPN connections.

4. Premium Subscriptions

VPNSix may offer optional Premium features through subscriptions. On iOS, purchases are made through Apple's App Store and in-app purchase system. Apple handles payment processing. VPNSix does not receive your full payment card or payment-account credentials. We may receive limited transaction or entitlement information needed to provide Premium access.

5. VPN Activity and Network Information

VPNSix does not intentionally collect or retain your VPN browsing history, VPN usage history, DNS query history, the content of your VPN traffic, or VPN connection logs for user tracking.

Network information may be processed by the VPN infrastructure and by third-party services used by the app as necessary for connectivity, advertising, analytics, diagnostics or security. We do not use that information to build a history of your VPN activity.

Third-party providers process information according to their own policies and applicable platform requirements. Their data practices may change over time as SDKs, configurations and platform requirements change.

7. Contact Form and Website

If you contact us through the website form, the information you submit may be transmitted through the form delivery provider used by the website so that we can receive and respond to your message. Please do not submit passwords, payment credentials, VPN traffic details or other sensitive information through the contact form.

9. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including service operation, analytics, diagnostics, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance and handling support requests. We do not retain VPN browsing history or a VPN connection log for user tracking.

Retention periods for third-party SDK data are controlled in part by the relevant provider and its configuration. For example, Firebase documents retention periods for Crashlytics data in its privacy documentation.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information and VPN connections. No internet service or security measure can guarantee absolute security.

11. Your Choices and Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or information about personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also have choices concerning advertising identifiers and consent through your device or platform settings.

12. Children's Privacy

VPNSix is not directed specifically to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

13. International Processing

VPNSix and its service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for international transfers.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the service, SDKs, data practices or legal requirements change. The new version will display an updated "Last Updated" date.

15. VPN Data Commitment

VPNSix is designed around a no-logging approach for VPN activity. We do not intentionally retain a history of your VPN browsing, VPN usage, DNS queries, VPN traffic content or VPN connections for user tracking. Third-party advertising, analytics and diagnostic services may independently process limited technical or usage information as described above.
